Absolutely Fantastic
I've always had petrol mowers in the past, simply because I've got flower borders right around my lawns, and therefore a trailing cable tends to get entangled around plants. I was aware of the recent advances in battery technology so this time I thought I would go for a cordless machine. Wow! This mower is brilliant. It boasts a 36v 4Ah battery and after an initial charge taking less than an hour, it easily coped with both my lawns. It is about a third of the weight of my old petrol mower and is so easy to navigate, particularly along the edge and in the corners. I was slightly concerned about it not being self-propelled, but it is so light that pushing it is no problem at all. In fact many of the petrol mowers these days (unless you want to spend a fortune) although being self-propelled only have one speed, which can be a disadvantage when negotiating corners. This machine simply lets you push it at a speed to suit yourself. Another great feature is that the blade extends beyond the wheel base and allows cutting right up to the edge of the lawn, a feature that many petrol mowers lack. It is also quiet - sounds like a quiet vacuum cleaner. Another great feature is the ergonomic design of the handle with a choice of four separate on/off buttons, any one of which turns on the blades - again a great feature when turning corners. I cannot praise this mower too highly. Why would anyone ever consider a corded mower or a petrol mower again. No cables, and no oil and petrol filling. there's virtually nothing to go wrong. Brilliant! And very competitively priced - I bought it on a Wednesday and got an additional 10 per cent off the price.

Cordless is more versatile
I recently purchased this lawnmower to replace an old plug in one. Not having a trailing cable and an extension lead now provides more versatility of use and actually reduces time taken to cut the grass. This mower is easy to use has a powerful motor and with a single battery is ideal for small to medium sized gardens.

Does what it's meant to do!
Bought this yesterday. Great lawnmower. Dealing with my long grass in back garden very well. I only got around half my garden cut before needing to recharge but it is a large garden so not too bad, I think once the grass is much shorter I'll probably get all the garden done with one charge. My only gripe would be the instructions which are pretty bad. Fairly easy to put together though could actually be easier if they'd designed the top handle section the same way they designed the bottom handle section. Would recommend

Cordless mowing freedom
I've only ever had corded mowers but never again after purchasing this Bosch cordless. Assembly was straight forward although putting the basket together was a little awkward. Battery arrived already partially charged but after less than an hour on the charger it was 100% charged. The quality of the cut was perfect even more so that it left nice lines which my Flymo was never able to do, additionally it collected all the clippings without scattering any. The height adjuster was easy to use but I'm not sure if the comb feature actually did much. After mowing my small (30 m2) lawn the battery was still indicating 2/3 full and as it's a lithium ion battery it doesn't need to be discharged in order to recharge it. The basket was big enough and easy to remove/replace and I liked the 2 optional power switch positions. Yes it is expensive but it's Bosch and a quality product that delivers.

Powerful battery mower
Had this two months now, and really pleased with it. Was wary of what sort of job it would do, but needn't have worried. Can't believe how powerful it is for a battery mower, and does an excellent job. Lawn finish is best I've ever had, a joy to use, battery lasts easily enough for my three lawns (and council verges).

OMG - cordless is so liberating!
Great lawnmower! Having no cord is fantastic. Everything you hate about that pesky cord is gone with this lawnmower. Just imagine that for a few seconds... yeah, all those benefits you're thinking of are real! :) And worth paying almost double for. My back garden is about 130 sqm, front and side total around 35-40 sqm. Might be able to do them all in one charge if I make it quick, but going at regular pace and being quite thorough requires a quick 15min "boost charge" at some point. Battery is designed to do that and the charging tech is a big selling point of this mower. Wheels along smoothly and is a sturdy machine. It's pretty quiet, but it is a lawnmower at the end of the day. Produces a very neat finish thanks to the rear roller. Blade is probably the shortest I'd accept - ideally would've bought one at 40cm, but for me the cordless option far outweighs the benefit of an extra 4cm. For context, I previously tried a Flymo Easi Glide 300v and realised quickly that I'd made the wrong decision. When asking a couple of people for alternatives (one of whom also bought a hover mower first), both independently suggested one of these wheeled Bosch mowers. I took their advice and wouldn't look back! Very happy with this purchase.

Bosch 36li
Very impressed with the rotak 36li lawnmower, will still keep my rotak 370 for first cut of season, after cutting the back garden battery is still showing full, probably took me half the time to do I would highly recommend this machine I might have to invest in a battery strimmer next

Great cut
I have used my new Bosch cordless mower now a few times . I have been very pleased with it and the cut it gives. I have quite a large area to mow as I have a corner plot. I find the battery does not last for all three lawns but about 15-20 mins on charge and I can use again. So that 15-20 mins is coffee time ! It was easy to put together and the battery is easy to get off and put back . I was recommended to buy this mower and I am pleased I did , my sister is going to purchase one today . It is not too heavy for me to use .

A cut above the rest
This is perfect for a retired gentleman. It is light and easy to manage, and the grass is cut in a quarter of the time it took with my old wired grass cutter. No more avoiding tripping over the wire, which was a real pain. I now cut the grass twice a week.
