Lightweight cordless lawn mower
I needed a lightweight lawn mower because my lawns are hilly in places. This mower is easy to manoeuvre over the hills and as a women I needed it to be lightweight so I could easily carry it around to the back garden, it has a convenient central carry handle making it a piece of cake. It made light work of difficult lawns and produced a good result. I'm very pleased that I decided to spend the extra for the convenience of cordless. The rechargeable battery lasted for both lawns, in total about 200sq ft, without any sign of giving up. Putting it together was pretty straightforward. The grass collector is large and lightweight. The battery takes about an hour or so to charge. Very pleased.

overpriced
very plastic and so much more expensive than its mains powered equivalent. Should be cheaper then maybe not bad. Wheels not set far enough in from edge to enable real border/wall edge cutting. States suitable for large lawns but being quite a small light weight item more suited to smaller lawns.

Pleased I switched from petrol
Have just mown my lawn for the first time with this mower which, following some internet research, I purchased today to replace an aging petrol driven Hayter Harrier 41 which just refused to start. I have quite a large lawn with lots of curved edges, tree roots and paving stones and I have to say this mower was a joy to manoeuvre compared to the weighty Harrier and has probably cut the work time by a third, not least because I did not have to empty the grass box as often. The assembly diagram could have been a little more explanatory but it didn't take that long to work out and the battery charged in the time it took to assemble. Being far less heavy than my petrol mower the mow lines are not quite as pronounced but they never last long anyway. They do however seem wider even though the width of cut is comparable and the whole job was so much easier, not to mention much simpler maintenance all round.I am very pleased I decided to switch.
