Great till it breaks
Excellent combi washer dryer as space saving & good for smaller properties. However after a few short years, the dryer failed (just a single fan motor) yet the cost to repair it was uneconomical (cheaper to buy a new dryer), which is a poor contribution to sustainability by Bosch - which should really make repairs a whole lot cheaper.

Love my new washer/dryer, very much like my old one, very quiet. My only wish would have been a shorter cycle.

Have had it for 2 years without any problems. Clothes are cleaned well and dried effectively.

Annoyed.
Bought in July 2015 and lasted nearly six years before being told that it was irreperable. Saying that, I still purchased another Bosch washing machine and hope that it will last longer.

Washer Dryer
I've been using Bosch washing machines for the past 20 years. This specific model is not the best, and I wouldn’t recommend it. The dryer stopped working after 1 year, and we now use it as washing only. The quality of the wash is lower than other Bosch models

Poor build quality
Bought this machine three years ago there is only me and my wife here so if it gets used twice a week I would be surprised. Machine makes an awfully loud noise now which I assume are the bearings gone! Called service today to get an estimate for repair ! No idea, can’t give me a ball park figure till the engineer calls at a cost of £100.00. Will be able to give me a price for the parts but may be a long job! Sorry I work with machines with bearings in,only time they fail prematurely is when they are cheap or not fitted properly in the first place, come on this is supposedly a premium product at a premium price very disappointed my last Bosch machine lasted 7 years with 3 kids at home only changed it because we had a new kitchen.

Very poor product
I can only add to the negative comments and wish that I saw them before purchasing this machine. I purchased it for a flat that I occasionally use in London and therefore use it only a few times a month. It has already developed a pump problem and is not draining properly ( a common problem it seems). I agree with other comments that the wash programs are not very flexible and it is difficult to program to achieve an efficient wash.

Another Dryer Break Down
We have had this machine for less than a year and already the dryer has quit working. In addition to the dryer failure, it is not draining properly even after I've followed manual instructions on how to clear the drain. very disappointed as now I'm having to book a technician to come out to resolved the issues and it will cost me more money.
