Broken After 5 Years, £500+ to Repair
By the looks of the reviews this is common. There's clearly a fault with this product. The motor has stopped working and I have been quoted over £500 to fix it. I will now buy a washing machine that is less than £500 and not Bosch for sure. When it worked it was loud and an average machine.

Broken after 3 years!
We purchased this during the pandemic (June or July 2021)while renovating our kitchen. Paid a bit extra we were happy thinking we got something reliable. After about 10 months the dryer started to be problematic,(making strang noise) therefore, we stopped using it for drying. About a week ago (17/05/2024) the door started to be funny for opening and closing. Few days later error code E13 came up. Asking around and online it was recorded to check the drainage filter and hose for being blocke، but I didn't find anything blocking them. Tried to turn on and off several times, now it has developed an electrical problem as everytime the machine is turned on the fuse goes off. Such a waste of money. It's going to local dump. Most probably calling the Bosch will be more expensive than purchasing another washing machine.

Overall this is a great bit of kit. Very low maintenance. Could do with a slightly larger load size but it's easily manageable

Poor Longevity
Washer/Dryer 7/4kg was purchased in a new property less than 5 years ago and now shorts the electrical power. It has had an easy life as it is used once per week. I believe the performance was o.k., but that this is an unacceptable level of longevity. I am disappointed and dissatisfied. I could not recommend.

Good appliance, does the job well
I have had this washer-dryer for 2 years. I never use the dryer but just using it for washing and I'm happy with it.

Making life easy!
I am pleased to have a dryer in the machine but do not use it that often as the spin is very efficent and sufficent for many materials. I would have liked a short, quick wash to be available as many of the washes take so long I have never used them! The fluff clean is very useful to keep the machine in good working order.
