This product is very good
Bought this to repair a leak on a flat roof. I used a rad roller to apply it and only gave it the one coat. It has now been tested with heavy rain and hasn’t let in any water in so I am very happy with this product.

This product is very good, did exactly what I want
I bought this product to fix a ongoing leak in my garage roof and gutter. I put on only one coat and a couple of days later the roof and gutter did not leak during a couple of torrential downpours. I had tried other roof sealer but they didn't work. This product is very easy to apply, use a cheap brush and throw the brush away afterwards. I also wore gloves. Recommended
