Bostik Quick Drying is great product
I bought it on the recommendation of the salesperson. It is very fast drying thick emulsion covering all minute cracks on a flat roof. 10L was enough to do two coats on surface size of 3 meter W x 6 meter L.

Does the job but expensive
Great product but quite expensive without any offers. We bought it with a voucher, so it was ok.

This product is great
I bought it last month and I think it's great because it has stopped the leak in my roof and I have lots spare, I could cover the roof several times over.

Okay but it’s only okay
Was expecting more from an emulsion bitumen but really it just washes out in colour and doesn’t give a hydrophobic surface. It’s also not particularly hard wearing for flat roof that take standing water. Get the fibrous emergency bitumen, more expensive to buy but has all the right amounts of oil in it to make it effective.

Did the job
Bought to cover summer house roof had a couple of leaks bought this and applied just before all the heavy rain we haven't had 1 leak highly recommended great price aswell

Total rubbish.
Laid a thick coat on to a pent roof shed. The next day thought I had dreamt I had only done it as there was no sign of it on the roof and water was still coming through.
