Simple latch
Cheap and cheerful, easy to fit no frills, no security

Mismatch
I bought two of these for a window with paired casement windows. I fitted the first, which was fine. I opened the pack of the second only to discover that where the first had cross-head screws, the second had slotted screws. I know it's going to drive me mad every time I see it, so now I've got to go and get a dozen new brass screws - all the same. Otherwise, I'd have been reasonably pleased with it.
