Misleading specification on website
Who describes a cup hook's length as the total length, including the threaded section which is screwed into the wood and which disappears from view? People would normally measure the length of the hook which can be used to hook things on. That's what one is looking for. Not suprisingly the B&Q website gets a low rating in reviews and this is a frustrating example of its inadequacy. In use these hooks are only about 25mm long. Nothing like the 38.5mm specified. Ordered for home delivery, along with other items. Now these hooks will have to be returned for a refund. What a waste of time. 'Quality', 'value' and 'ease of use' ratings are totally arbitrary, as these hooks will never be used by me. The assessments are compulsory fields so I am forced to put an answer in for each field.

Pretty poor quality and really expensive for what you get.
