Short-lived performance
A brilliant product- cooked quickly and perfectly Alas, my joy was short-lived. I bought the product in May 2023 and it has stopped working October 2024! Durability was never thought of during manufacturing I guess. I would like to think I was unlucky but I dont think I'll take a chance again :-(

Unreliable
Have tried this model twice. First one kept tripping the RCD. Second one, the internal lamp failed, can't replace bulb, not much use if you can't see how the food is cooking.

Bad product
It arrived looking good but it didn’t work the first time I tried it! The air fryer fan appears to be broken I can’t return it from the USA

Stopped Working
Bought this to cook chicken on the rotisserie. I cooked no more than a dozen chickens, then it stopped working.

Very disappointed
Bought this air fryer upon recommmedation. Remained boxed however as a house move was imminent. Have used it in total 4 times and have had an error message EO2 every time. Switched it of and tried again, no error message. On the 4th time of using, and I’ve only ever so far cooked chips, the basket stopped rotating Sadly I feel I’m lumbered with it as I cannot find the receipt nor remember the website I bought it from.

Perfect kitchen buddy
4 pence to cook bacon sandwich,,put a slice of bread under what your cooking in the bottom tray, stops the splash back., fish cake and chips on the same tray ,15 -20 mins turning Half way through.

Cleaning
How do u clean the top of oven under the wire protection for the elements. Very grimy and dirty under there.

Great for kids to use
How crispy the potatoes come out...thing is my son brought this for me and all ready had it set up and threw the package so not sure if it did come with recipes or things you can cook because I am a bit worried about what you can't cook

Good oven
I thought I would be able to put a medium chicken in oven little disappointed you can only put up to 1.2 kg seeing as it’s a large oven instruction booklet is poor you could give more help it’s all getting use to the oven overall am getting use to it quicker than heating a gas oven.

Great Breville quality - with one reservation!!
I love Breville products and this oven does not disappoint. Rotisserie chicken is fabulous and everything comes out lovely and crisp. Did roast beef - that was great. Just a little disappointed with the chips though, but quite acceptable. East to clean and all accessories go in the dishwasher. Have had the oven for about 6 weeks and have not used my main oven at all in that time. Only real grumble is that the control panel icons do not light up and are very hard to see, so selecting the cooking cycle is difficult. That's a great shame as most cheaper ovens all light up. I have written to Breville but have not had a response as yet. Other than that, a lovely product - sitting alongside my other Breville kitchen products.
