Be careful - blew up!!
Recently moved into a new house and wanted to install a USB socket to help charge all of the usual devices. Picked this up and looked decent but having installed it and turned the power back on the fuse tripped again. I went and double checked the cables were all in correctly and tried again - this time not only did it trip the fuse but left a lovely black mark on the wall by the socket where it had popped. Will be returning for a full refund

Too tight at the back
The unit is made almost size for size to the box dimensions, so if the wires come into the box through the top or back, it fouls on the grommet and wires. Had to return

Disappointed - wouldn't buy again
Bought this to replace a unit I installed 3-4 years ago which had been damaged. Unfortunately, due to the fact this unit takes up more space (at the back) than the previous one and the fact the back box was installed slightly out of line this unit will not fit. Having previously installed 4 other units of this type (all different models) and not had this problem I'm quite surprised that it is made to such tight tolerances. Would be fine if installed into a new and perfect installation but the existing back box has been in at least 25yrs and unfortunately many houses do not have well installed back boxes. In future I will look at the back of the units as I believe this could be more compactly designed in order to avoid problems of this nature.
