Excellent quality board
B&Q must have changed the supplier of these boards since the poor reviews were written. The boards I purchased form Meir Park in Stoke were of Chilean origin and are manufactured by Metsa Timber. The pricing is extremely competitive especially given they were cut into numerous pieces accurately on the panel saw free of charge for me. There is an improved face suitable for interior applications which is very smooth and knot free, a very attractive veneer. Would recommend over any other spruce panel available at this price!

Smooth Plywood.
I managed to find a piece of this plywood with a knot free surface so the finished surface quality is 5 stars but it has quite a large curve over the long length so that lets it down a star. The guy cutting the plywood in store (Beeston. Leeds) got 4 perfect quarters so I was happy with the cutting service I received.

Very Poor
Bought for hall floor from local store. They cut it to size for me but most of the sheets delaminated especially when the sheet was sdrill or screwed with the outer layer parting effortlessly from the rest. Complete rubbish.

Very poor quality
I bought a couple of sheets of this to board out a van. Much of it was de-laminated and elsewhere there were fresh air pockets where there should have been wood or glue. It is NOT a quality product. I ended up glueng it myself to avoid the inconvenience of a refund.

rubbish
Cut this into sections and it parted not a trace of glue in places, both sheets were the same, you have had previous bad reports on this item, so why still stock it, not even worth 1 star rating

Just the job!
Good price, especially as it was cut to sizes that fit in my car. Pleased with the quality and service from B&Q In Grimsby.

This is Good Sheet!
Decent ply, used for flooring in an under-stairs cupboard. Strong, but fairly light and easy to work with. The sheet was cut to size by the very helpful Vanessa, so getting it home was no problem, plus it saved me some time on the workbench. The price was only a couple of quid more than at the "proper" timber merchants, but the overall service more than made up for it. Nice one, B&Q, I'm impressed!

Good purchase
Used for shelving on pallet racking to replace chipboard that has been used for years, Looks much better, stronger and safer for everybody. Boards were cut to correct size in the store, so fitting was straight forward.

Mouldy timber
I purchased a sheet of this ply wood in my Weymouth store for discos. It is always under a cover when i take it will me. It is in my garage in the dry and the whole things gone black. I havn't touched it in a month due to the stormy conditions. I don't expect to have a mouldy bit of wood that quickly... I would not buy again i think i may purchase elsewhere for a replacement.
