Swift service but poor quality CLS C16
Click and Collect service is pretty good in my local store in Weston-super-Mare. However, on this occassion, the quality of the CLS C16 timber that was presented was quite poor.

We were very pleased with the quality of this C16 CLS timber from B&Q. The wood was clean, straight and easy to work with. It felt strong and sturdy, perfect for our indoor and outdoor projects. The cuts were precise and the finish was smooth enough to handle safely with minimal splinters. It also took paint and sealant very well. Delivery was quick and the timber arrived well protected. Overall, we are really satisfied and would definitely purchase this timber again for future projects. Great value for the quality provided.

Check quality
Did click and collect for 5 lengths, was in a hurry so didn't have time to check on collection. Got home and 2 of the lengths had large rotten sections in them making them useless as a length. Complained and was told they would be refunded but never heard anything again.
