Additionally, the BLAUBERG CALM range offers a multitude of control options to suit your specific needs, from simple pull-cord operation, run on timer and humidity control to advanced automatic PIR motion detection (this model comes with a Humidity sensor and Run-on-Timer. Turns on with the light switch and can run for 2 to 30 minutes after the light is turned off).
The design, combined with a mixed-flow impeller, allows for longer duct runs and ensures an impressive air extraction rate of 97 m3/h. Powered by a BLAUBERG German motor, each unit comes with IP45 classification, and compliance with safety standards. - Dimensions: Fascia measures 158 mm (H) x 158 mm (W). Protrudes 26mm from the wall. The spigot has a 99mm diameter (for 100mm duct connection) and extends 80mm from the installed surface.
- Typically, bathroom and shower areas require SELV (safety extra-low voltage) fans with 12v transformers to minimize electric shock risks in Zones 1 & 2. However, the Blauberg Calm, with its high IP45 rating, eliminates the need for SELV 12v extractor fans.
