Poor quality
I purchased this fridge 5 years ago, we have always had problems with ice build up and now the lower tray has suddenly collapsed

AVOID!! Broken after 10 months
Got this fridge freezer as part of my new kitchen, ceased working after only 10 months! Being within warranty you would think it wouldn't be an issue to fix or replace.. wrong! Cata sent an engineer out 6 days later. Cata claimed the failure was due to incorrect fitting of cabinet door.. wrong! And this would not be covered. After numerous phone calls, emails and supplying proof that this was not the cause of failure cata still dragged their heels. After 12 days of having no fridge freezer and a young child at home I took the matter in store to B&Q. I presented them with all the information and evidence. They were fantastic and sorted a replacement.. NOT a CATA! Don't waste your money, and don't take my word for it. There are numerous reviews of people having similar problems.

DO NOT BUY!!
This Fridge Freezer is totally useless! The freezer - well what freezer?! It might as well be a very cold fridge! Ice cream is soft, lollies are like slushies, pizzas in my last freezer would come out solid hard, with this one when you can still slightly bend it! Ice cubes take 24 hrs+ to freeze, if you chuck a bottle of water in - which I do when we go on day trips, it's even worse, it's now day 3 I just pulled the 500ml water bottle out and there are still "water bubbles" in there!! With my previous freezer, max 5 hrs it would have been job done!! The fridge is not great either. You have this design where you have water (condensation?) dripping on the back wall of the fridge, so if you have anything right at the back, when you pull them out, it would have caught some water and comes out wet...very annoying!! I have to remember not to push anything too far back!! The bottom shelve is not a full size one, presumably it allows you to put bottles upright, so I find myself having to stack things up which is again very annoying!! Overall, this is fridge freezer is so poor that I wouldn't even give it to anyone for free...! Look elsewhere!! Honestly this fridge freezer has technology and functions like it was a 50 years old fridge freezer....this product is soooo poor and I just can't understand why they are selling it!!!
