Disappointing
Have had this freezer for 6 months. Constantly icing up in the rear to the point where I have to defrost regularly in order to keep the drawers in and door shut. Put some water in the ice cube tray 3 days ago and some of the segments are still water (I.e not frozen) Wife always complaining that certain items feel soft when taking out of freezer

Frosting up
I've had this freezer just over a year. I'm constantly defrosting it. The frost build up stops the door from closing.... very frustrating!

Constantly defrosting
I bought this freezer July 2014 and I've had nothing but problems with it! Constantly over freezing where im always defrosting it once a week! Mould has appeared around the door because the door wont shut properly due to the over freezing! Poor product!

Just about does the job
This freezer does the bare minimum that you would expect. It freezes your product (which is a good start), although it can't seem to get colder than -12c. If you put the fast freeze button on it gets it down to the required -18c temporarily. Although by the next day it's back up to -12c again. Additionally, it seems to frost up badly on a quarterly basis which is really inconvenient and annoying. Overall opinion = Avoid Cata products.

Undercounter freezer
