Poor performance and even worse service
Freezer has never been cold enough - food in bottom two drawers never freezes; while ice builds up in the fridge no matter what temperature we adjust it to. Finally last week, the whole thing has packed it in after 4.5 years. Trying to arrange a repair has been a nightmare - told us they'd turn up on a particular day (no indication of time) and they never showed, no excuse given. Now it's going to be another week or more before they can get someone out again. In the meantime, I've had to throw out all my food and live without a fridge freezer! No idea what to do... all they have offered is a refund on the repair fee which we have already paid.
