As someone else said, at this size you can get them home in the car.
I bought 4 sheets, but found with careful working out I only required 2 and 2/3! I did also buy a roll of the aluminium foil tape to cover the joints to the studwork and extra cuts required for economical use. By sealing any possible air gaps if used in external walling / roofing with the tape you improve the insulation value.
I cut them with a fine tooth wood saw.
Unusually the smaller sheets are proportionate in price to a full 2400 x 1200 sheet

It was squashed at the edges so 10% could not be used as planned

These panels are just the right size to handle and transport in the back of the car. They were also easy to work on as I had a lot of cutting to do to fit them which I was able to do without damaging them, which I would have done if they were much bigger.
A very good price when buying 10 or more.
