Good product
As someone else said, at this size you can get them home in the car. I bought 4 sheets, but found with careful working out I only required 2 and 2/3! I did also buy a roll of the aluminium foil tape to cover the joints to the studwork and extra cuts required for economical use. By sealing any possible air gaps if used in external walling / roofing with the tape you improve the insulation value. I cut them with a fine tooth wood saw. Unusually the smaller sheets are proportionate in price to a full 2400 x 1200 sheet

Practical and good quality
These panels are just the right size to handle and transport in the back of the car. They were also easy to work on as I had a lot of cutting to do to fit them which I was able to do without damaging them, which I would have done if they were much bigger. A very good price when buying 10 or more.

Great product ridiculous price!!!!
I have been using this product for years and it has become very expensive recently. How can B & Q justify a price hike from £26 (bad enough) to £36 in a single jump. NO one will pay that however good it is.

Very messy but worth it!
The boards are great, easy to cut and position but extremely messy! Make sure to wear projective equipment!

Disappointed
I would not recommend this product from b&q. It arrived in appalling condition. Some of the edges were broken and the silver coating was ripped and scratched in many places. I understand this might have been an isolated incident and it's only insulation board, however there should still be quality control. Customer services were not really helpful when i email the complaint and took over a week to get back to me. Will not be buying this product from here in the future.

Easy for keen DIYer
Bought one full sheet to insulate ceiling bay window area of 1920's house. Suspect it had never been insulated as the room was always quite cold. Removal of plaster/latt ceiling confirmed no insulation. I cut the 100mm thick Celotex easily using a fine tooth wood saw. I did this outside as it did create a little dust (not as much as I expected and I used a dust mask). I cut it into sections to fit tightly between the joists of the ceiling. There was sufficient remaining to add another 100mm layer above, so the ceiling is now fully insulated to 200mm. I finished it off with 12.5mm plaster board skimmed. I am sure it will make a big difference in winter.
