Good shower head for the price.
Just installed this in our new shower an are quite happy with it. We had a problem initially with both shower heads being on at the same time, but I dismantled the diverter and discovered that the wrong hose was attached to the wrong inlet. The water inlet hose needs to be attached to the bottom of the rail, and the hose for the small head needs to be attached to the side one. So the picture on the packaging, and on here, are wrong and very misleading. But I moved these around it now works perfectly!

This product is great
Been using this product about 6 weeks now. Nice and easy to fit, no leaks and no issues toggling between the overhead and handheld showerhead

Diverter problem fixed!!
Product is great. If both shower heads are on at the same time the diverter is on upside down. Flip it 180 degrees and problem solved.

Not worth buying
I bought this product in March but only just fitted it. I wish I had read previous reviews because I have the same issues. The diverter valve does not shut off to the riser so water always comes from both shower heads ! Looks nice but doesn’t work as described, also the rain shower always pours water onto the other shower head, not a great design.

Waste of money
Bought this today, assembled, drilled holes in the tiled wall only to discover when running the water you cannot switch from overhead to the handheld without water running on both. Read the reviews sadly after buying the product and nothing has been done to improve the problem. Reasonably price product which has turned out to be an expensive item to resolve. Please do not buy!!

Not worth a £1 absolute rubbish
I'm amazed that this poor quality product made it out of the factory.After months of messing with water pressure and trying various options to get it to do more than DRIBBLE out of the top shower head its now in the bin. Atrocious quality,crappy fixings,the diverted valve doesn't turn off either head completely,very frusting. DONT BOTHER WITH THISVRUBBISH.

Waste of money
Looks decent but is just flimsy. Had it fitted about 3 month and the top bracket that holds ot to the wall is broke so the whole unit needs replacing as you can't get separate brackets. Do not buy

Shockingly poor quality, do not buy this product
The overall quality of the product feels cheap. The fixings are plastic and almost impossible to get a solid fixing to the wall , the mounts don’t allow you a good enough fixing to prevent movement. The hole thing moves and it’s obvious that it will not sta
