Doesn't work - plug leaks
Sadly, before purchase and installation I didn't see the reviews from up to five years ago, revealing that it is a product that just doesn't work. And it still doesn't. The seal is mis-designed, and leaks on first use. Why haven't B&Q done anything about this?

Expensive price cheap product
Bought this yesterday and the plug part doesn’t work,it only has one job and can’t even do that. for the high price I think it should be better made

Over priced !
My mother was advised on this product by a member of staff .. In my opinion the product is VERY overpriced especially when considering it an own brand .. This item also doesn't come with a washer / gasket to fit between the metal plug surround and the porcelain sink meaning it must be sealed with a large bed of silicon ... sadly not one of b&q better products and sadly mother had shredded the receipt

easy to fit and a better replacement
bought this as a replacement for my daughters bathroom after hers was always sticking easy to fit and has a really positive action

Slotted pop up basin waste - that leaks
I have now bought and fitted 2 of these basin waste units, and both have leaked through the seals, only retaining water in the basin for 5/7 minutes. I am completely disappointed and dissatisfied with B&Q, in my opinion for selling an item that doesn't work, as on each occasion you have to fit the waste unit before discovering the seal leak.

Aesthetically pleasing item
Purchased and installed in the last week, and the Clicker basin waste looks good. However, leaks through the plug, and l am unable to stop the leak.

Leaks
The only purpose of the plug is to contain the water in the basin. This one leaked.
