Overheat and go out
Brought this about a month ago, after an hour or so, go out due to over heating ?????

Great light. Wrong bulbs.
The light is great but comes with the wrong bulbs. 20W instead of 10W. Lickily I read the reviews, checked in store and got them replaced FOC. Good customer service at the Falkirk store.

Looks good beware no replacement parts
Having purchased this was easy to fit, and looks great HOWEVER having had an accident with one of the glass bulb covers discovered we could not get a replacement one. Was given a number for Poole lighting they do not stock spares stating they come from China. So now left with the option of either buying a whole new unit for one bulb or live with it minus one. AVOID THIS PRODUCT

Blown
I purchased 2x 4 bulb and 2x 7 bulb light fittings, had to change them all as the transformers stopped working now one year on bothe the 4 bulb and one of the 7 bulb has stopped working

Very modern
Great purchase . Gives out a large amount of light .and looks great even when switched off. Ideal for modern low ceilings

Bought two of these for the hall and landing, Both look great, don't know why the other reviews say they are too dim, their not!

too dim
The light is really good looking but I presumed the bulbs to be 20 watt. There is no mention of the wattage on line nor on the packaging. I am very disappointed

Poor transformer
The 4 ball version was good, supplied with 4 20w bulbs, but this is supplied with 7 10w bulbs, so the smaller version was brighter! This is because they both have the same transformer, rated at 80w max. I had to purchase a more powerful transformer myself, and fitted 7 20w bulbs.

Cluster clear glass
A very nice fitting which really looks great in our new lounge and dining area but the poor quality transformers went down on 3 units before we got a good one, Shame as the fitting is great and extremely good value for money.
