Rubbish
Would nut recommend this. Took ages to arrive. I was out when it was delivered. The packaging was all damaged. When Got around to assemble it found the hand rail warped and not useable. Due to time restrants had to go out and buy new ones.

Great value
The kit is great value for money, however it does not come with spacers for some reason??? I went into the store to purchase some and these are not sold separately!!!! I then had to buy some strips of wood and shave them down to fit as spacers. A part from that and no instructions a really good kit and all good quality.

Good quality stuff
Good solid wood but echoing some other reviews some how to install ideas would be welcome and the lack of accessories available is baffling If you surf around you can get some 90 degree ballustrade brackets which ease fitting and also some spacer fillets to slot into the rebate between each upright which again helps the final fit up and finished look . Im fitting these to some decking as an after though along two sides so will probably rebate the main posts to half sit on the deck though there are newel post kits out there though again couldn't find these at B&Q. If they could address these issues that would make these much more user friendly and an easier purchase.

Great value, makes huge difference! Good product
Purchased 2 packs and received within a few days. For whoever wants to purchase this please note that B&Q only supply the parts showing on the picture, you do need to do some home work and get some screw, post cap other bits to put them together depends on how would you like to do it. I have got not much DIY skills but following some youtube videos and I successfully put everything together by myself. Only suggestion to B&Q would be provide more information about the package to avoid confusion as expressed by some reviewers.

The balustrades looks stunning seem to be good quality, I am so looking forward to seeing the finished decking project for romantic evenings with my beautiful husband.

people moaning!
to the ones who has bought this item and gave a bad review! you can clearly see on the picture what is supplied in the box and how it will be supplied! people are just too lazy these days and want everything build for them already! jeeees! I bought this (independent female) and put it all together myself no problem you just need to know what your doing (use your brain and plan it first) looks great!

Not Good!!
It gets 1 star for delivery but unless you have prior knowledge of building balustrade then not recommended! No instructions or even diagrams! It is up thanks to a clever dad tho!!
