Defects
Handrails all warped . You can't assemble unless you purchase seperately 40 x 5mm timber. (to fix spindles to it , then fix to underside of toprail). No Assembly instructions , no fixings, a lot of the timber had high moisture content (60%) I have no confidence that you will action and resolve these problems ,but if I don't tell you about it you won't know the issues . Hope you view these comments as a problem solving opportunity

Absoloutly useless
I bought this on line thinking this will be very easy to put together as I work installing wooden products every day , wrong firstly you will spend an hour taking off hundreds of staples , its a kit one label on the box will do not 2 on every component ,secondly half the spindles were wet so will not fit into the base or hand rails , 2 days in the sun will dry them out , and why send 2 hand rails instead of a base and hand rail they are the same price , as for the ( 2 hand rails ) they were so warped it is impossible to bet the spindles to fit top and bottom at the same time , and as for trying to find insert spacers to fit the rails to get your spacing correct forget it cant find them anywhere so be prepared to find the base rail full of water every time it rains , will I buy this again ,no chance , will I recommended this product , forget it , as stated absolute rubbish.

DIY skill requested
I brought the starter and runner kits. Purchased 2 packs and received within a few days. They only supply the parts showing as on the picture. No instruction and even the fitting accessories. You do need to get some screw, post cap other bits to put them together. I have got not much DIY skills but following some youtube videos and I successfully put everything together by myself. B&Q should provide more information about the package to avoid confusion. Not recommend !

Decking rail kit
Wish I never bought it it says it's a kit but there's no instructions on how to install and there's only one post not two as stated on the net my advice don't bother
