Do not waste your time buying these awful products
Shocking poor installation method, the screws are weakly connected to the press plates and when screwing in and covering with face plate any form of warping will prevent the plate from fitting correctly

Great product but poor instruction leaflet
You would think the instructions include how to remove the front plate from the back... Nope. Two hours of my life wasted trying to find better instructions or a YouTube video of how to do it. There is supposed to be a groove which you put a small flat head screwdriver in, and they pop apart. Still can't find it. Other than that, the gubbins itself is well made and it will look good, when I eventually work out how to separate the front from the back!

This product is supplied with tiny screws
I bought this product to use along with a flush mounted back box, and the screws are too small to be able to reach the back box recpticles, awful product will not be buying any more of this range, just supply normal screws

Looks stunning!
Got this recently and it looks wonderful along with other items from same range. Great price too.

Broken
Faulty from new! Internal intermittent fault, blew 2 LED light units; finally after fitting 3rd unit the fault showed itself permanently - would not switch off! Now off for exchange in store.

Awful to wire
Whoever invented he wiring positions needs to try wiring this up under a cupboard above a worktop. Whilst the colour coded terminals are useful, trying to read the In / Load descriptions needs a torch and the terminals seem to be randomly placed with screws being on all faces of the clock. Why can't manufacturers standardize on terminals and have them all on top? Also rather expensive for what is in essence a BG unit and no Trade discount given either, so disappointed.
