Faulty within 2-3 of purchase!
Bought 3 of these touch lamps about 2-3 years ago. All 3 went faulty (touch them and they dont turn on) thus cannot recommend them at all. Otherwise they 'were' useful being touch on and dimmable.

Nice lamp, didn't mention that you need a dimmable bulb,hence it doesn't dim.

Ariel touch lamps!
I've had 2 sets of these lamps and the rest of the family have them too! They are excellent value for the money and work seamlessly. Nice and lightweight, would be great for people with arthritis and some disabilities in the night as you literally just touch it anywhere on the base and it lights up. I would buy these as my 1st choice of bedroom lamp every time.

Awesome!
Bought a couple of these for our bedroom and I gotta say they are really good. Touch once, comes on dim, touch again, mid brightness, touch again and full brightness, touch again and it turns off. Best £20 (2 x lamps) I've spent for a long time
