Don't buy ......warped terrible
We had fitted just over 3 years ago.looked really nice. Plenty of space around the edges. Went on holiday to come back to the sofa off the floor about 4 inches one end where all the planks had started to buckle. Luckily we hadn't put the skirting on yet. We had to cut a large amount off. It also pushed the hearth out. So fed up with it. Looks a mess but don't have the money to replace it. A lot on money wasted. Don't know what the guarantee will cover

its ok expensive for the quality
Its a great looking floor, we had to order made to measure to do our living room. They have not been cut straight and have quite large gaps in between floorboard, who know what it will look like in the Winter. Luckily we are not too fussy and the colours disguise this fact.

Poor Quality Control
I bought and fitted this over a year ago. I used 4mm plywood screwed to floorboards sandwiched between two layers of foam underlay as a base, after first screwing down any loose or creaking floorboards (I hate squeaky floors!). I haven't had any problems with warping or lifting. However, the quality of the boards was a bit hit and miss. The width of the boards can vary by 3 or 4mm per board and by up to 3mm end to end! I didn't notice this until after I'd starting fitting. Once I was aware of the problem I was able to correct for it by measuring each board at each end and marking them. Then sorting into groups of the same size for each run. I used ratchet straps when fitting too. Probably wouldn't advise buying, but if you have to, measure each board carefully and you can achieve a good result. It is a good looking floor once fitted.

Looks good but.............
Not recommend, quality control awful. Has sat in the room it was to be fitted to for 5 months, so has had plenty of time to acclimatise, still got warped boards and many boards cut to narrow, only by 1 or 2 mm, but enough to create gaps. Never again.

Warped, split and then warped some more
Looks great but only days after fitting perfectly to the guidelines the floor was lifting by inches in places. Some boards split and there is noticeable curving of the boards in many places. Very inconsistent as some boards warped and some didn't. Very very unhappy with this product and it is disappointing given the money spent. Avoid. Easy to fit so hop it will be as easy to lift and replace.

Warped, warped and then warped a bit more!
Just read the reviews of others, my experience was not dissimilar to those many people who complain about warping. Sadly I wasted £1,700 on this flooring! Worst purchase of my life! See pictures if just how bad this was! You can't see my feet because the floor warped so much I had my own mini hill in the hallway....even the builder was so shocked he took a pic by laying a flat plank of wood on the floor....see how high it is!

Avoid, poor quality from the start
I brought 26 boxes for my living room and hall, at least 23 boxes had to be exchanged, some pieces were cut into 3 , were warped or or tapered at the ends, as it was natural wood we expected knots etc, but not the poor quality. B&Q staff were excellent and change all of the boxes with no bother at all. However I really wish I had chosen another product, it looked great when it was first laid, but problems started soon after, as less than a year on , even with following the instructions to the letter, it has wrapped and beveled in a number of places, in both the living room and the hall, currently waiting for an independent surveyor to come out.

Warps
Had floor down for almost a year and it's now started to warp, we had to lift 2 lengths as it was travelling all the way down the hall. Moisture isn't a problem as tested the planks and the floor. Gap was 20mm around the perimeter so it has to be product, let's hope B&Q fix as it's got 30 year guarantee.

Avoid Avoid Avoid
Quite possibly the worst flooring ever!! I had over 50m2 professionally laid, installer commented the construction of quite a few of the boards huge amounts of filler. Used installer for over 15 years. Flooring was allowed to climatise to the room conditions for over a week prior to installation. Within 1 month of being installed noticed a few joints lifting, now 6 months have passed since being laid floor decided going to rip it up after constant adjustments. The swelling and expansion of this product is something else, it even pushed my skirting board away from the wall . DO NOT BUY

great product had no problems with wood filler or fitting, I have just laid 25 square metres in less than two days, my wife is ecstatic. I was also impressed with care taken with the packaging, each piece is protected with a soft material. make sure your floor is flat, glue every joint and leave a 15 mill gap at all edges and you will have no problems.
