Lino for utility
This was perfect for my utility as it was easy to fit and within budget

You can rip it up like paper!
The builder fitted it. He told me this product was not great quality. He told me he can rip this up like paper. I thought he was joking. I tried it and it was very easy, just like tearing up a cornflakes box. Usually Lino, is very strong and tough. This is not strong enough for kitchen use. People will be moving fridges, washing machines and over time, the Linoleum will get torn. I don't know why B&Q are selling this and they should have checked the quality. I don't know where I stand on consumer rights, as this item was cut to size. However, I am spending thousands on a new kitchen and replacing this Linoleum in the future, will cost me another one or two thousand, as the kitchen cabinets, sink, gas hob, oven will need to be removed and it was a great deal of upheaval. The pattern is nice. It may be suitable for a small bathroom....
