Second hand item
I bought these on a ‘click and collect’ collection, when I got home I found the boxes had been taped back up, ripped and bashed, and the intervals of the boxes looked like they’re been thrown in there by a 3yr old. I did an online chat compliant and never heard anything back from them.

Seems good
Not a bad product. Comes with the bulbs which for £23 isn't bad. Plastic tabs on the springs make them easier to slip up into place and seem solid once in place. Not fire rated so build or install some housing if you're putting them underneath the insulation in your loft. Don't put insulation directly on top of them.

Ampoules
Il est très dommage que Nous n’avons pas le choix sur le type d’ampoules, les spots sont très bien mais je dois acheter à chaque fois des ampoules de couleur froide (Blanche) et non chaude (jaune) qui sont livrées dans le packaging.
