Very Difficult to Maintain
We bought this because it looks nice. We did buy it a couple of years ago actually but I'm compelled to review this product after the time came to replace a burnt out bulb. Replacing the bulb has proven to be nothing less than a challenge. So much so that we have removed the lamp shade and bought another. To replace the bulb you have to pull the lamp shade off the fixture, this puts strain on your ceiling fixings. There are three sprung clamps that then have to go back inside the lamp shade to fix it into place, you have to hold these in squeezed close to the bulb housing while trying to balance the shade in the other hand while trying not to fall off your steps. In short, you might get lucky and achieve your objective, but mostly you'll give up because no bulb should ever be this difficult to replace. Rubbish.

As long as you don't ever change the bulb
Nice lamp shade.. ... until you have to change the bulb. It's nearly impossible.

Nice look
Bought this as an addition to my hallway. Cheap and looks effective. Shade is round and quite fragile if pushed but take and you will be fine. All other fixtures and fittings certainly fit for purpose and a good shade for not a lot of money

Most important part not included
Bought this as it looked like a lovely lampshade; however the instructions manual talks about having a metal bar to fix the light to. This wasn’t even included in the product. It doesn’t have a name (just a picture reference) or a size guide, so even if we tried to buy it separately, we wouldn’t know what we’re looking for. Seems like if it’s such an important part of the assembly it should be included.
