Cheap Materials Evident
Purchase this yesterday got it home and found that the diffuser was cracked roughly 150m along the formed edge, I can only assume it was handled roughly during shelf life or even before. On close inspection it was evident that the Diffusers plastic material is thin, flimsy and very cheaply made. I also checked to see if Diffuser for any of the Fluorescent light battens were stocked meaning if you want a protective Diffuser and not the bare tube then the whole Fluorescent Unit has to be changed, perhaps this is normal these days. B&Q changed the unit without hassle and the service was good pity about the product
