Give it a go...
I bought the product because of it's featured USB ports. The instructions were very unclear as to how the 'screwless' plate look was supposed to be installed...it was only through reading feedback that I understood that the facia has to be removed to access the mounting holes, then replacing the facia to cover up the screws...much better instructions needed!

Nice socket, but B&Q needs to work on instructions
This is a good socket at a competitive price, however, it took a LOT longer to install than it should have. B&Q need to ensure that the manufacturers and suppliers they use also provide clear instructions. There is a massive omission of information relating to how you install this, not from an electrical safety point of view, but from that of how to remove the faceplate in order to secure the unit to the existing fixings

Talking point
Just replaced all the white sockets with brushed steel and this is perfect. A talking point for everyone who comes into our new kitchen. It is working perfectly so no complaints here.

Returns department please
Plugs work brilliant but usb outlets don't give an odd volt out . Tried various leads and devices but socket says no .less than impressed

Making Life Simple
Now all our stuff is USB chargeable, this wall socket device has enabled us to dispense with plug in chargers and free up 2 13 amp sockets for general use. Brilliant!

Great product at a very good price
I bought the Colours double sockets with USB via the click and collect service and it was easy and the goods were at the store on time the next day to pick up. The product itself is of very good quality and the price under £20 is excellent value

Great quality at a good price.
Excellent quality and seems to be well built, it doesn't warp or crack when screwed to the wall box. It mentions 2.1A at 5V out, which is enough to charge 1 iPad for example or 2 smartphones. There are other sockets out there which can charge 2 iPads at the same time at full amperage but cost a lot more. It also comes with a removable spacer in case your wall box is not deep enough, the extra circuitry required for the charge ports add some depth compared to the standard 2 gang socket.

Needs huge wall box
All seemed good, can use all 4 plugs at once, connections on the back are fiddly compared to others. Main issue is it wouldn't fit in my 40mm deep wall box due to using so much room with the USB part of it. wiring ideally needs to come in from the sides for best chance of it fitting. Spacer would have probably worked but looked ugly.
