Lovely lights
I love these lights, have them all through the house and haven't had any problems with them. Put 4w equivalent bulbs in them and are fine (although they were from a 3rd party company) very reasonably priced aswell. Even have them linked to Alexa so she can turn them on and off :))

Looks nice but damaged ceiling
I bought this in November 2020 and it went up really easily - looked just the job. Bought the recommended bulbs in B&Q when we bought the light. 3 months on this light has left black scorch marks on the ceiling above each bulb. It is not fit for purpose. Currently awaiting a response from B&Q as to how they intend to compensate us.

Great except from crystals melting
Very good for a few years however the crystals have started to melt (same for the wall light version)

Excellent
I bought this light for me conservatory, I had just had a solid tiled roof on with plastered ceiling. So looking round for a light I happened to find this in B&Q, reasonably priced looks great up and easy to fit.

Love them
I bought two for my lounge and living room. I bought the 40w bulbs but were a bit bright. Switched to 23w and the light was perfect.

Light failed causing a fire!
Looked good but not now as it it has just melted and caused a fire as shown on the picture.

Nice looking but....
The glass is far to fragile and they can easily be cross threaded when fitting as a result i had a shade break in my hand
