Fitting
The most awkward item to fit close to ceiling using the four brackets. No template. Built a rectangular platform and fixed to ceiling then fixed light to that. Hope I never have fit one of these again. Lovely light now fitted.

Better than we expected
We bought this tom replace a fluorescent tube system which broke and are very pleased. It went up easily although the instruction leaflet which is just pictorial is almost useless. The instalation is simple, just connect the transformer to the power and then attach the light to the ceiling and plug it in. You need to mark the ceiling accurately for the four screws so used the box to make a template and had no problem. The light then fits over the screw heads, slide it and you tighten these. two people does help with this. The plug on ours was a good fit and the system does help in that you are not r=trying to connect to the mains with the light hanging down. I would agree that the metal brackets should be white and think I may try to paint these to match the ceiling.

Ideal replacement for fluorescent light
I was looking for a large light to replace an old tube light. Is very light and quite flimsy however is brighter than I imagined. Main downside is the cable connections are not a screw but new push fit which don’t seem very secure, however does work fone

Enormous led panel
It's not 30 cm long as advertised, but 1200 x 300 mm. Can be fitted to a ceiling with the (ugly) metal brackets supplied or by using double sided Velcro tape. Includes led driver-transformer to connect to the mains. Switch on for max brightness, off-on for medium, off-on again for dim. Cable entry is at a corner so a hole in the ceiling needs to be big enough for the transformer, then fix the panel so that it just hides the hole.

Produit intéressant
Je viens de monter au plafond ce panneau mais il serait intéressant d'avoir un patron pour positionner les trous de fixation. Panneau très léger. Très bon éclairage mais pas très facile de jumeler la télécommande avec le panneau.

Excellent light.
Love these lights Excellent light, with three dimmable settings, that does not cast any shadows. Very easy to instal. Use the empty package as a template. Only downside is you will see all what you thought was clean, once you switch on.

Gorgeous light
Really great light, three brightness settings activated by turning the light on and off, starts bright and gets dimmer. Sits quite discretely on the ceiling whilst still looking stylish. Could do with having some white plastic to hide the metal brackets it is attached to the ceiling with just to finish it off nicely.

FINISHED ARTICLE GREAT BUT TRICKY INSTALLATION
Thought I would try this in our soon to be newly decorated dining area and end result is amazing. Great white light that casts no shadow. I have to agree with previous contributors however that the installation can be very tricky and even with 2 people it was not easy. The main problem is lining up the drill holes to match perfectly with the clips on the unit. A previous person said that it would help enormously if a template included in the kit. We eventually made one using the unit packaging which was quite easy to do and it made a perfect fit. Other than that the end result is very pleasing and the degree of lighting can be controlled just by an ordinary light switch. No need to install a dimmer switchl Only other slight annoyance is that the metal clips can be seen but we will covering these with some pvc covering - just a minor issue. All in all great value for money!
