- Planting location: Suitable for planting in containers, flower beds or in grass.
- Soil moisture: Moist & well drained
- Flowering period: Feb-May, Planting period: Aug-Dec
- Plant in a sunny or partially shaded spot. Add compost and bonemeal into the planting hole before planting and water well. Add horticultural grit to the bottom of the hole in heavy clay soils to help with drainage. In the growing season, water plants in containers during dry spells. Top dress with a general purpose plant food as the last flowers fade. Allow foliage to die down naturally.

Repeat purchase
I bought similar last year they came up perfect, this year bought 3 boxes a different mix but nice assortment, cannot wait for spring. Garden and pots will look realy colourful.

Check before you buy
The bulb selection that I bought was slightly different to this one, as they change seasonally. But check before you buy. You would expect 10 bulbs to be a good spread of different flowers, but mine was 2 dahlias, 2 lilies and 30+ gladioli, anemone and Abyssinian gladioli. One of the dahlias was great. One didn't bud. The lilies had already sprouted in the packet and I couldn't revive them. No gladioli or anemones flowered and the Abyssinian gladioli were great. All were planted in top quality compost and fed in accordance with the instructions. A very poor selection of poor quality bulbs, which would put me off buying any of these 100 bulb packs in the future.
