Easy to build
Assembly relatively easy of the pan to the cistern. The most difficult part for me was connecting the waste to the pan so the toilet was flush to the wall tiles. This was achieved with a flexible waste pipe but it has to be the correct length!

Simple streamlined but installation can be tricky
I hardly write a review. Good choice for my toilet but it was tricky to make it water-tight due to the poor design at the 4 holes on the cistern bottom. Just lucky to seal off at the 2nd attempt for now but only time will prove it. Might have been better off with a back-to-type considering all the money and effort after all!
