Different Size !
We bought a Cooke and Lewis sink and toilet for the cloakroom. We didn't realise you couldn't just buy spare parts for it and were surprised when the hinge broke in less than 2 years. Had to buy a whole new seat, however the new one is actually slightly bigger than the original so it does not sit flush on the toilet. Works ok though.

Rubbish toilet seat
The fitting with this toilet seat are hopeless. No matter how tight they are screwed the fitting still comes out of the bowl. I have to keep a screwdriver by the toilet to tighten or refit the seat. NOT RECOMMENDED

Great Loo Seat !
Installed a Cloakroom Loo about 2 years ago but hated the soft close Loo Seat that came with the toilet pan - it was too short with no means of adjustment and the fixings twisted so that the seat skewed. Having fitted an Alexas toilet in the bathroom last year, we decided that the Alexas soft close toilet seat could be a far better option for the cloakroom and we were right. The top-access fitting gave ample adjustment of the toilet seat position, allowing me to bring the front of the seat to the very lip of the pan. Once the fixings were tightened up the seat remained securely in place with no skewing. What's more it looks really smart and modern. I would thoroughly recommend this product for its functionality, ease of fixing and good looks..
