Reçu avec bosse et coup
Jai reçu la poubelle avec des coups et des bosses, bien visible juste a coté de louverture , et bien visible sur une poubelle blanche ! cest dommage vu son prix ...

poubelle
j'aimais bien le design de la poubelle, je ne voulais pas de pedale ni d'ouverture automatique. le système de fermeture/ouverture s'est cassé au bout d'un an, réparé une fois avec de la glu,ça a tenu 2 mois puis recassé, reréparé ça devrait tenir quelques temps mais la prochaine fois je change de poubelle!! vu le prix je suis dégoutée, j'ai jeté le ticket de caisse donc je ne peux pas faire marcher la garantie....

Ten year guarantee a joke
My second bin lid has just broken, as described by others. I got the whole bin replaced the first time, even though there was nothing wrong with the bin itself. What a waste. The lids lasted a few months.

Broke within months
Bought as it looked stylish for our rental cottage. Opening mechanism broke with a couple of months of intermittent use, would never survive a busy family kitchen. Hadn’t realised Cooke and Lewis were just cheap goods branded just for B&Q. A classic case of getting what you pay for. No replacement lids available so whole thing will have to be taken to the dump.

Rubbish
Ten year guarantee ye right it lasted a week before the button broke. The plastic is very thin and it's got a design fault on the button where it clips in to the holes and that's the weak point where it broke on mine. The button design has not been marked to last ten years at all. Iv had better quality bins for less money.
