Clearly a design flaw
Wish I had read the reviews of this tap before buying! As others have said - the whole tap (and thus the flexi hoses under the sink) moves when you swivel the outlet part. I've removed the lever and the bezel and tightened the middle piece as far as i can but the problem soon returns. There's clearly a design flaw with this tap. I'll be invoking the '10 year guarantee' for a refund but that won't refund the money paid to our plumber to fit the thing. Garbage.

Don’t buy.
I bought this in November, it drips constantly and the base rotates with the handle so you have no idea how hot the water will be.

Alysa Cooke &Lewis sink tap
Second C&L tap in my new kitchen .First dripped all the time. The Alysa is strange ,the top and the middle both turn at the same time,so you cant know the position of the spout. The pipes under the sink are moving all the time you move the tap.Time for tap number three

WE LIKED THE DESIGN BUT....
This was purchased, to replace the first one which started to give up the ghost shortly after purchase.. Hoping this will perform as it should and last longer. The first one first lost the ability to vary the mix of hot and cold and was eith full hot OR stone cold. Then constanljy leaked water which ran over the flat surface of the faucet, leaving calcium deposits.

Awful.
Fitted as part of a new B&Q kitchen. The tap is very poor, perhaps I got faulty one. It weeps slightly and unable to tighten internally. Comes with an Allen key but no instructions how to adjust. The most annoying thing though is the lever swivels as you move the spout and unable to fix. Expected better for the price, disappointed. Will replace with something different.

Good solid tap
Fitted this tap in my own house ( I am a plumber). Easy to fit and feels really solid once secured to the sink. As some reviews say the top part under the handle can be a bit loose but really easy to tighten and once done so shouldn’t come loose. Looks really good. Very quiet when turned on. Happy with the product. Plus 10 year guarantee is awesome

Very poor build qualiy
The tap internals rotate as you swivel the spout, I am awaiting my plumber coming to replace this with something better. Looks lovely though

Rubbish
Had this tap for about 5 months The top section that includes the spout and hot/cold adjuster has become completely loose. I have removed the tap from the sink, and there is no way of tightening this top section Useless.

Seems like a good tap to me
Bought this tap about 6 months ago and read the reviews after I made the purchase so was a bit concerned about how it would function. It was easy to fit and has been working fine for the last 6 months.
