One of the legs was missing
Arrived with one of the cradles supporting the bath missing - as I had already removed the previous bath, I had to improvise and adapt the cradle from the old bath with some extra wooden boards, which made it much more difficult to fit. The wood fixings underneath the bath are very flimsy and poor quality.

Already chipped
Bath has been installed less than a month and already has a chip. Poor quality and regret buying.

Absolute rubbish
The overflow doesn’t match the hole for the bath so it always pops off iv had to get the correct overflow and fittings after flooding my bathroom! B and Q seriously need to get their act together , the overflow I received doesn’t match the picture either so they have probably just thrown one in that doesn’t match!
