Replacement Toilet Seat Impossible to Source
Toilet seat had a crack in it less than a year after fitting. As it wasn't too bad, we lived with it until the seat came lose at the fittings. Been trying to source a replacement for MONTHS! Item has been discontinued and no replacement parts are made once a products goes out of circulation. Spoke to B & Q who said they couldn't help but hoped I could get a seat elsewhere. This of course is impossible as it is their own make and they are the only ones who sell it. It is not a standard fitting, no other seat anywhere will fit this model (believe me I've tried) and I assume it is the same scenario with other non standard sized toilets in the B & Q own brand range. This suite is still on show in my local B & Q even though it is discontinued. I asked if I could buy the seat from that one but was told I couldn't. Please think before buying any of these modern toilets. Replacement parts are nigh on impossible to source. We are having to fit a new toilet less that 2 years after having a new suite. Absolutely gutted.

Flimsy toilet seat
I have had this product for over a year now. Although I am happy with the taps and pedestal, right from the start the toilet seat was no good. Cannot seem to find a replacement. Not happy.

Bought this a month ago and plumber has fitted .. toilet is rubbish cannot get to the seat if it was to break

seat replacement
please be aware if you purchase this range you can not just buy a replacement toilet seat which i think is disgusting I've tried everywhere with no joy. you've been warned!
