Do not buy
Awful toilet. Uncomfortable to sit on. Seat and lid feel cheap and flimsy. Seat broke within 2 months of having it and impossible to get a replacement.

Good Product
I bought this toilet since April 2016 still looking brand new no scratches yet easy to detach the lid and clean it .

Broken flush system after 27 months
we have been very happy with this loo up until today. it would not stop flushing. Took the cistern lid off and worked out the bits that connect with the flusher still work so the problem will need a plumber. Not at all impressed after spending£260.

NOT DURABLE
We have used this product for less that 3 weeks in our new home and the toilet seat snapped in the front part seat. It looks NICE and FLUSH but NOT WORTH IT

This is not 533mm wall to front
I paid the extra for the 533mm depth but it's actually 635mm.

beautiful shape.
I bought this toilet and also the basin because of the beautifully designed shapes but being quite plain. the toilet was very easy to fit and I am very pleased with it all finished. The basin had very good fixings and once again no problem, my only criticism is the pedestal did not fit to the basin properly, but where there's a will there's a way lol. Both items look superb in my bathroom. I did think they were a little pricey especially as the basin was not paired with the pedestal for a perfect fit. I'm only giving four stars for quality because of the poorly fitting pedestal. But giving FIVE STARS for the toilet.

bought this about a month ago after reading previous reviews everything about this close coupled toilet is 5 star would reccomend this to anyone.

Beautiful toilet
It looks absolutely stunning in our new cloakroom ,I would definitely recommend it .It's a bit pricey but well worth it.Was not easy to assemble.
