bought tap in 2014 and now cannot shut off the tap. total waste of money

Not worth it
Bought in January 2016, by June 2016 lever not working, not turning water off. Please look at another option

Don't expect anything more than 4 years
Bought this in 2012; just failed tonight leaving constant running hot water. Lever no longer changes temperature OR TURNS THE WATER OFF! For 200£ at the time, I amazed this hasn't lasted at least 20 years not 4. Avoid.
