Useless Washing Machine
Constantly filling with water, will not drain, error code 2 (nothing to say what the error is.. even on internet). It is now full of water and cannot move it. Only option is to force the door open and flood my BRAND NEW KITCHEN

Don't buy this machine
After reading the views after moving into my new apartment (not my choice to buy this machine) I was dubious about this machine. Yes - it failed to work on its first ever wash/dry. The machine just kept on tumble drying with no sense of the countdown. It was going for nearly four hours!!!! I had to switch it off and now the door will not open. This should not happen when a machine in brand new!!!!!

DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE !!!!!
They should recall this machine. Something is definitely wrong with these models. I cannot unlock the door after drying.

Fail
On its first ever wash it failed, showing Err2 (Error code 2), and in the manual there is no reference to an error code 2 or indeed any list of codes. Now it is useless until someone comes to fix it. not pleased!!

Buy a different machine
Awful washer dryer. I purchased in March and have had nothing but problems. What you are not told: there is one drying option and that is 2 hours long! The door will lock and you have to wait the full 2 hours whilst you can smell your clothes burning, yet when they come out they are still damp! The machine once locked often forgets to unlock itself at the end of a cycle and so you have to put it on another cycle and repeat until it works properly. It also has no sense of time, I passed my machine the other day and the countdown said 5 minutes left on the cycle, 20 minutes later, it was down to 3 minutes left. Do not buy a Cooke & Lewis!!!
