Bon produit mais
Bon et joli produit. Eclairage trop flaible, ampoule mal adaptee. Le systeme de boutons n est pas tres moderne.

j'ai achete ce produit et je n'ai pas les filtres carbfilt4 rupture en magasin et la reference n'existe même pas sur le site??? comment faire car c'est bien de vendre une hotte mais sans les filtres ....

Le filtre CF110 ne convient pas
Les indications données sur le site comme en magasin pour commander les filtres pour cette hotte sont fausses. Les filtres CF110 sont trop grands, ne peuvent pas rentrer dans le logement entre le chapeau et le moteur et le systeme d’accroche au milieu du filtre n’est pas compatible à celui du moteur aspirant situė sur les côtės. Personne ne semble être capable de nous donner le bon modèle. Rėsultat : une hotte très esthétique mais qui ne sert strictement à rien !

OK But
We had one of these installed 6 years ago. I'm not sure where some of the negative comments are coming from. the fan has worked throughout and seems to shift cooking fumes etc. Not sure where on earth you get water dripping from a cooker hood as one complainant says. Just recently I had to buy a new switch unit, which is a swine to replace, because the lights failed. On reflection it may have failed because I fitted LED bulbs instead of halogens, but I'm no electrician so can't be sure.

Scrap
Biggest lump of scrap i ever bought, repaired 3 times under guarantee, new motor every time, now out of guarantee and motor is away again, avoid like the plague.

Hotte...sans filtre
Je suis satisfaite de la hotte pour son esthétique et ses performances d'aspiration (mois pour le nettoyage de la partie inox). En revanche, c'est la croix et la bannière pour trouver des filtres à charbon puisqu'ils ne sont pas fournis. La référence n'existe pas sur Castorama.fr. Est-ce une erreur de ma part ? Y a-t-il un modèle qui puisse convenir ?

This cooker hood is rubbish was installed and only last one week phoned the and they said they would order the part and fix it that's not even coming out to look at it so they know there is a problem with them DO NOT BUY THIS WASTE OF MONEY

very reliable
had this hood now 9 years. its just stated to make a noise as a the fan blade has broken. going to have a look to replace it but both my wife and i are in agreement we may just replace it with a new one.

Total waste of money DO NOT BUY
I bought this from B&Q and a total waste of time. its as no power what so ever. its a total waste of money. I cant take it back because the kitchen fitter as fitted it and will charge to take down and the electric cable was plastered over. so would cost too much money and time to replace with one that as got some power. so its just there for decoration. I am disgusted that they can market this product as it is just a waste of time. DO NOT BUY THIS.
