Nightmare
Received this cooker hood as a replacement as a replacement for the curved glass island hood. When the fitter checked the hood it had the same problems as the previous hood. This is that the chimney is too long for an 8' ceiling and the way it has been designed it cannot be easily cut down. Also the stainless steel chimney has grooves down the sides making keeping it clean difficult.

Poor quality
Light bulbs failed after 3 months - Ceiling bracket is not practical. Light bulbs are non standard and replacements can take some time

Very poor
The main bracket will not connect to the fan assembling due to the bolt holes being out of alignment and the fan motor is in the way also so the bracket will not sit on the main unit to connect ! The decorative chiming will not slide over the main body of the bracket ! Very poorly designed and build quality ! Avoid at all costs!!!!
