Features and benefits
- Whether you're washing the dishes, or hosing down the family dog, you can get it into those hard to reach places with the concealed flexible pull-out neck fixture.
- We've equipped this tap with a 35mm ceramic valve that is hard-wearing and resistant to limescale, so that it keeps functioning wash after wash.
- Pull out taps must not be directly connected to drinking water supplies without appropriate backflow protection. Please consult your plumber or local water supplier for advice on your specific system. To comply with the Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations (Byelaws in Scotland), and to keep your water supply healthy, please be aware that significant alteration of your plumbing system may be required

Now leaking, and assembly drawing not available
Had this tap installed and in service for just over 5 years without any problem, however its now started leaking and no assembly drawing available. Not relishing having to replace it ... just out of manufacturer guarantee too.

Pull out hose does not go back in.
I bought this a week ago and it was connected by a plumber yesterday. I am happy with the look of the tap and the water flow, however, I am not happy that when you pull down the concealed hose it does not retract, even when you push it back in place, it still hangs down. I have to go under the sink and pull the hose in a downward motion for it to fit back inside the tap. There must be a better way!!!!

easy to fit, looks good but some flaws
It was easy to fit, came with two flexible metal pipes which were really useful and made life easier for installation. It looks great once fitted. Flaws The black extending pipe is made of rubber so you have to run the water for a few seconds first to avoid your water tasting of rubber. The spray head drops out from the bottom of the tap every now and then. So you need to keep nudging it up to make it look flush to the body. The spray button only works if you turn the tap on fully to create a high flow.

Great tap
Nice tap, easy to clean, easy to install, quite heavy if you have a flimsy or small sink, but works brilliantly. would recommend.

It does what it says on the packet!
Bought a few days ago - the spray and flow of water is far better than any spray tap we've had

Great tap with practical features
This tap looks really stylish and for the first week it worked brilliantly. Unfortunately after a week of use little handle came off and it unable to be put back on. Just waiting to see what B&Q will do about it because to replace it will cost me the plumbers fee. I am really disappointed as I love the tap.

Brilliant Tap - beyond my expectations
In B&Q this tap was displayed broken which really put me off buying iy, but it looked good and was great value. I am so glad I did. Our plumber fitted in quick time and it works well; in fact the pressure you get with the spray setting cleans dishes in no time - I like it so much I now do most of the washing up. The swivel to the half bowl sink is not perfect; it tends to drift back to the central position but once the water is on it stays where you want it - no problem over the main sink. At this price the tap is a bargain; you get a solid, attractive and highly effective tap - I've kept the receipt in case the sprinkler hose breaks like the one in B&Q - but don't hesitate - buy one.
