Another good product let down by fittings

Just like the other reviewer, the tap is great but the tap tails supplied are terrible. Cheap plastic hose within the braiding that twists and badly kinks even at finger-tight, the swivel nut at the pipe end easily snags the tail and twists it as you tighten. Poor flex radius too if these are a bit long for your current space, again resulting in severe kinks. The nut end was also poor in construction and let water by as soon as the flow was started.

Piece not working.

I really like this tap, however when my builder was fitting the tap it transpired that one of the metal mesh tubes doesn't screw on properly and he had to use the old existing tube. It's troublesome that products are being sold with parts that do not work correctly. Also the tap has a slight wobble, but I guess that's just taps.
