Not a pull out tap - just large and ugly
When I ordered this, the description said it was a pull out tap, but it isn't. It also came up if you restricted your search to pull out taps. Looking at previous reviews, I can see that the description had been wrong for almost a year. It no longer says it's pull out, but it still comes up when you filter your search to pull out taps. As such it's just an unnecessarily large and ugly tap that's going to be difficult to clean

The description of this was wrong when I bought it - it’s not a pull out tap. Absolute rubbish and not as described.
The description says it has a swivel spout and pull out neck, however neither of these claims are true. The neck does not pull out, and the spout (unlike every non-sprung tap I've used) does not swivel. The spring allows the tap to be aimed, but springs back to it's original central position when you let go. Avoid this and don't waste your money, it's rubbish!

A replacement for leaking 10 year old tap
I needed to replace my old kitchen tap, I live in an area that has very hard water. I liked the style, I like it even more so now as I found it doesn’t create back splash onto my kitchen window which my old tap did. Hopefully this tap will last another 10 years without problems.

Not as advertised
Bought this as a replacement and it is almost identical to our old one. However the product description states that it has a pull out neck which our old one did; it doesn't! We have a Belfast sink and it doesn't really bend enough to reach the corners.

Limited movement
It's a sturdy 'bouncy' tap, and the spring allows a slight bend to rinse, but flexibility is limited compared with a pull out tap. The issue with this is if you have a split sink (large sink with smaller sink beside it) and the tap is fixed centrally, you need side to side movement to fill the sink. You can either fill thr sink by bending the tap and just hold it, or swivel right or left, but it's quite rigid - when we swivel the tap position left or right, ours actually leaks (at the top, and only when the hot is on). It's a minor thing but if you are going to spend almost £100 on a fancy tap, you might as well go a little further and get a pull out that gives you more freedom of movement. Who knew these things were important in a tap!

Great addition to sink!
Bought this 2 years ago and reading some comments thought I’d add my own. The pull out and swivel tap is great -because of the heavy spring I can pull the tap upwards to reach all corners of sink and it swivels around to help reach all corners. I’m happy I did buy!

Contemporary and minimalist
Nice tap and works for us due to positioning. Don't mistake it for a tap that can be moved around with a shower head. That's a different more expensive tap.

Not sure the model is as advertised
I've just had this kitchen tap installed and it looks great however the product information says the tap has a swivel spout and pull out neck, I'm sure the tap I've had fitted doesn't have this feature.
