Great Service

The first tap to arrive (on time) had a slight defect, I contacted the support site and an exchange was swiftly set up. Within two days a replacement was delivered and the old one was taken away by the same driver (at no cost to me). The tap was simple to fit and is excellent in use. I bought this tap as I wanted something a little different. I have not shopped at B&Q for some time and found the whole experience very pleasant, both from the friendly staff to the excellent service.

Bad Description

Absolutely loved the tap when it arrived exactly what I was looking for so I was very disappointed when we discovered there is no extension in the hose and it cannot be pulled out from position it is in Description on site does not give a cable size but does say excellent for washing dishes and even the dog!!!!!! Which gives the impression you can pull out hose
