Nozzle leaked and snapped off after 24 months
We thoroughly enjoyed this tap for 24 months until the nozzle sprung a leak and then snapped off completely. It proved impossible to find a replacement nozzle, thus requiring the purchase of a whole new tap. Given the other reviews here, there is obviously a design flaw, namely, the cheap plastic connector between the nozzle and the flexible extension.

Do Not Buy
Bought this tap in 2019 and in 2021 it started leaking out of the tap head and than progressed to spraying water everywhere. For something so expensive you expect better and for it to last longer. B&Q no help, as have had to take whole tap in which means paying a plumber to undo the tap. Spent money to replace nozzle head and replace washer and nothing works. Very Upset with this item.

Head has gone faulty
This product lasted just 12 months. The head now sprays water out of the button. Reading other reviews with similar issues, this is clearly a design flaw. I went into b&q with the faulty head (unscrews off) and they refused to replace, they said I needed to remove the entire tap?!? For a faulty head? Not happy and wouldn’t recommend.

Nice tap BUT...........
Love the tap had it for 18 month and water is leaking from the spray button. No possible way of repairing this. New tap is the only option. DO NOT BUY THIS TAP!

Leaks from spray changer.
As with others for this and the black version, leaks from the spray button. No ability to take apart to repair. A lot of money for something so shoddy.

Love it.
Bought this last minute with no research and so far I'm pleased I did. It looks great and isn't as intrusive as I anticipated, which is good. The pressure of the water is fantastic, so much better than my last tap. So far so good.

A stylish and practical fitting
I bought this tap a few weeks ago. It is very stylish and attractive, and works very well, and was competitively priced

More useful than I thought.
The price was reasonable and my wife wanted a flexible spout. It does all we wanted and I really found the flexible spout more useful than I thought. It is pleasant to use and the normal spout or spray works perfectly. The only downside is that the hot water has a slow flow but that is just a small problem. I would buy the same tap again.

Very easy to install
Bought this today and it was really easy to install and works how I'd expected it to.
